Sometimes I feel like the dentist when people don't like English. Dentists have too many drills, boring preparation, a list of annoying things to fix, can make you feel self conscious and are not very popular.... What if I told you I didn't like grammar either...until I understood it is all logical. Once I understood the balance and logic in a sentence, the rules, even the dreaded diagramming, made sense. It is so much easier when you understand it and are freed from just memorizing rules...

Anne was careful to take her time with my son. She was very personable and well versed in regards to the SAT Reading/Writing sections. She gave my son things to work on at home and requested that he bring previous tests, essays and work performed at home to the next meeting. My son was excited to tell me all about his first tutoring session with Anne, and told me that he learned more with her than with previous study methods. Anne is excellent in helping to prepare for the SAT Reading/Writing sections.
